Electronic State Documents

 

The Library Commission’s Publications Clearinghouse Service has worked since 1972 to provide public access to and preservation of government information at the federal and state level.  Print publications are available for loan.    Many Nebraska state publications are available in electronic format via these web sites.

• State Government Publications Online    A Library Commission site linking to publications on state agency web sites plus publications scanned or downloaded to a Library Commission server to provide permanent access. 
   
• Library Commission Online Catalog  includes records for state publications available for loan.  Electronic versions of downloaded publications are linked from the records.
   
• What's Up Doc  Our listing of new government publications received with links to online versions,  postings about government information, and news about Publications Clearinghouse activities.   Subscribe via RSS.

• Nebraska Public Documents    A searchable database providing free access to digitized historic annual reports of Nebraska state agencies from the 1870's through 1956.  This site is made possible through the funding and support of the Nebraska Library Commission, the Nebraska State Records Board, the University of Nebraska at Omaha, the Center for Digital Research in the Humanities at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and Nebraska State Historical Society.
